Great Stay

I was in town for a conference at the Palm Beach Convention Center and i was lucky to find this gem. It was walking distance to the Convention Center which was great since i didn't have to search for parking. The house is beautiful, looks better then the pictures and i have a few college friends over for a back yard barbecue. The house also happens to be walking distance to Grandview Public Market which has a wide variety of foods and drinks and is only about 10 minutes to a public beach. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Angella, the local property manager, was also great. Very nice and Helpful. Beautiful property, will return on my next visit.

Historic Eclectic Home

First let me start by saying that I grew up in the area and remember is from the 70s. Then, the area was, well, the proverbial "other side of the tracks." Today, it is eclectic, historical and the heart of what WPB is all about. This little house brought back so many great memories. From the GIANT banyon tree that greats you to the creaks of the floor, the place is 100%, 20s south Florida. Then add in Air conditioning, WiFi, cable and bright colors and a clean new feel and this place is going to become my goto for extended trips to WPB. 2 days to a month or more, this place just made me feel ....home

After traveling the globe and visiting multiple countries I settled into West Palm Beach. It has been home for over 15 years and I love living here. There is always so much to see and do and with the new stadium opening more live events will be available. I still frequently travel so the concierge Angela will be available as your local contact when I am out of town.
